🟢 Remedial Massage

Purpose: Treat a specific problem (pain, injury, restricted movement)

How it works: Therapist first assesses your condition (asks about pain, tests range of motion), then uses targeted techniques to fix it

Best for: Chronic pain, sports injuries, postural issues, headaches, sciatica, frozen shoulder

Approach: Treatment plan based on assessment may include trigger point therapy, stretching, deep tissue techniques.

30–45 min : Targeted areas (neck, shoulders, back)

60 min : Most popular, whole body

75–90 min : Deeper, thorough treatment

100 min (Packages) : Foot + body + head, full experience

For general wellness: once a month. For chronic pain or stress: fortnightly or weekly. Your therapist will recommend based on your needs.

Generally wait 6+ weeks after minor surgery and 3+ months after major surgery (e.g., C-section). Always get GP clearance first. Inform us at booking so we adjust accordingly.

It depends on your fund and level of cover. Check your fund's app under "Extras → Remedial Massage" or call them before booking to confirm. We process the claim on the spot via HICAPS, so you'll see the rebate amount instantly.

We'll issue you a paid receipt with our provider number. You can submit it manually to your fund within 2 years through their app or website. But HICAPS on the day is much easier.
