At PRAKAY Remedial Thai Massage, we uphold high standards for all massage therapy services. Please familiarize yourself with the following policies for a smooth and professional experience.
Scope of Practice
Massage therapy is designed to promote balance, relaxation, and reduce muscle tension. Our therapists do not diagnose medical conditions. For health concerns, you may be referred to a licensed medical professional. Regular sessions are recommended for cumulative therapeutic benefits.
Appointments
Our services are available Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hour prior to your appointment to avoid a fee.

If no notice is given and you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled automatically.
New Clients (Health Fund Usage):
New clients who wish to use their health fund must complete a health fund registration form prior to their first treatment. Please ensure this is done before your session begins to avoid any delays.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit cards, and health fund rebates. Please ensure you have your health fund details ready if you intend to claim on the spot.
Respect of Boundaries
We maintain a professional, safe environment where both client and therapist must respect boundaries:

Underwear must be worn; no underwear, no massage.

Breast and genital areas will not be massaged under any circumstances.

Any sexual interaction, request, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and a report to authorities.
Sickness Policy
If you are unwell, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule. Clients showing signs of illness upon arrival will not receive service, and their deposit will be forfeited.
Sanitation and Hygiene Policy
We follow a strict cleaning regime to ensure a hygienic environment. Clients are expected to respect this by arriving clean and appropriately prepared for their session.
